According to family tradition, he excelled in traditional Chinese medicine and graduated from Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, one of the universities of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China. I then studied clinical medicine in both traditional Chinese and Western medicine at Dalian Medical University, one of the top medical universities in China. He then worked for many years in a clinic in China and was awarded the title of Senior Health Massager.
I came to the Netherlands in 2018 and I believe that Chinese herbal medicine can be a valuable addition to Western medicine, combined with Western medicine, to promote recovery. Western medicine/mainstream medicine excels at treating acute or life-threatening diseases, while traditional Chinese medicine is well suited for chronic diseases. Chinese herbal medicine is also a good choice for preventive medicine.
Treatments can be (partially) reimbursed by the health insurance.
