Sports massage
The application of sports massage has the following effects:
Further opening of capillaries in the skin and muscles leads to a significant increase in blood flow.
Due to better blood flow to the muscles, the waste formed (including fluid and lactate) will be better removed and muscle pain will be prevented (as much as possible).
The external pressure of the massage also improves waste removal.
Muscle tone is affected.
Regular massage helps improve performance and achieve faster recovery between training and competition.
